Cancellation Policy

“We ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you no-call no-show you will be required to pay 100% of the service fee. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Hair By Ezoza Studio.”
